Mandatory data required for the processing of contracts are marked separately, other data are voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order.
For this purpose, we may pass on your data to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. The transfer includes only data that are necessary for the delivery of the goods. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.
We may also process the data you provide to inform you about other interesting products from our portfolio or to send you e-mails with technical information.

§ 7 Transfer of personal data for payment processing
When paying via PayPal or - if offered - credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal and "purchase on account" via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing. § 8 Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. Insofar as the data collected about you is related to a person, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.
We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
Objection to data collection
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which will prevent the collection of your data during future visits to this website: Google Analytics opt-out.
§ 9 Plugin and Tools
Web Fonts from Adobe Typekit
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Adobe Typekit for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Adobe Typekit's servers. This enables Adobe Typekit to know that your IP address has been used to access our website. The use of Adobe Typekit web fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.
§ 10 Data security
On our website, we use the widespread Secure Socket Layer (SSL) procedure in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by the browser you are using. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If this is not supported by the browser you are using, we use 128 bit v3 technology for encryption. The fact that individual pages of our website are transmitted encrypted can be recognized by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the status bar of your browser. We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against unauthorized third-party access. In accordance with technological progress, our security measures are regularly adapted and improved.
§ 11 Actuality and change of this data protection declaration
This data protection declaration is currently valid and has the status October 10, 2020.
